Yesterday I posted a quick note about the recently published HCM Service Provider Landscape by AMR Research, called "People Helping People: Strategic HCM Service Provider Landscape".
After reading the report over and over, the thought that kept coming back to me was how the essence of the report made me feel like it was written entirely about us.
You gotta give kudos to an author when they can make you feel like you're a part of the story and connect with you so powerfully... especially when its a "business report". Good job Christa and Koppel!
So, the report made me think a little more about EntryPoint as a company, what we do, why we do it, our people, our values, etc.
I think the title of the report is the essence, especially the “People Helping People” part. It reminds me of the famous Ritz-Carlton slogan “We are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen” which embodies the values and ethics embodied by its late founder, the Swiss hotelier Cesar Ritz .
Anybody that has ever stayed at a Ritz-Carlton knows about the Ritz magic… the level of service is second-to-none, and the attention to detail is magnificent.
Its this level of personal service, care and attention that we embody in our practice at EntryPoint . After all, we are a boutique firm and our key asset is our people and our customers, who obviously are people.
So, we are really people helping people in the truest sense of the term.
A bunch of honest, hard-working people, with a genuine desire to help other people. We help them reach business objectives, overcome technical challenges, save money and increase their bottom line, as well as help them improve their level of customer service.
While I can’t say it's necessarily an easy job, we certainly have the skills to do the job. Its the challenge that really drives us, of course along with the desire to help some really good people.
