He possesses extensive experience across all strategic, operational and technical aspects of workforce management across multiple clients, industries, and geographies. Heiko spent four years as a founding member of ThinkDynamics (acquired by IBM in 2003), an innovative software start-up focused on data center automation. Prior to founding EntryPoint, Heiko worked as an consultant in the Workforce Management space, focusing on optimizing implementations for clients. John P. Goetz
A 22-year veteran in Gaming, John is an acknowledged expert in the intricacies of gaming operations, operations management, and IT and current Editor-At-Large of Gaming & Leisure Magazine , the industry's leading management journal. John has held a series of senior-level positions within the Gaming sector. Most recently, John was Principal at High Desert Consulting Services, a Gaming Strategy consultancy whose clients include many of the industry's titans. Previously, he was the Director of Software Development at Bally Technologies, where he oversaw the development of the SDS and CMP product lines. He has also held a leadership position with Arthur Andersen's Las Vegas office, as well as with EDT, an early division of IGT, the industry's leading manufacturer of gaming machines and systems. René Roth René has several years of global management consulting experience having worked with leading companies in the US, Canada, Germany, UK and China. Prior to joining EntryPoint, René helped establish the Financial Services practice of DMR Consulting in Munich, Germany with funding from Apax Partners, a European Venture Capital firm, and the parent company. Previously, René worked at Accenture, a global consultancy, and worked with Global 2000 clients in Europe and North America. René recently launched EntryPoint’s Global Development Center in Shanghai. René holds an Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto), a MSc from the University of Waterloo and BSc in Engineering from Queen’s University. Adam TrottolaDirector of Human Capital Management
Adam brings with him a diverse background that cross various industries. His previous global consulting experience delivering relationship management packages to leading organizations across Europe as well as his time spent as a Research Scientist studying human behavior for the Temple University Psychology Department in Philadelphia and with the Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, gives Adam a unique perspective of the HCM space and how it's impact can affect an organization's people. Konrad Wagner Konrad has over 5+ years in the field of Business Intelligence (BI) and Enterprise Reporting in the global workforce management industry. Prior to joining EntryPoint, Konrad's previous experience includes 5 years as a founding member of Wagner Solutions, a company focused on providing custom software solutions to small to medium sized organizations, and 3 years at Workbrain Inc. Konrad holds a double major BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science and an MBET (Master of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology) from the University of Waterloo.
